At AgreementWala.co.in, we are committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free rental agreement service at your doorstep. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your application.

Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are applicable only if the government charges (stamp duty, registration fees, etc.) have NOT been paid at the time of the refund request.

• In such cases, ₹300 will be deducted as a service charge for application processing.

• If the government charges have already been paid, no refund will be provided as those charges are non-recoverable.

Timeframe for Refund Request

• You can claim a refund within 2 days of submitting your application on our platform.

• Refund requests after 2 days will not be eligible under this policy.
